Fuel prices are always changing, as such our online prices can change multiple times a day. Once you have purchased, the price is locked in*. If you need to cancel the order after it has been placed please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to clear back into your account.

Any Bulk deliveries ordered online are subject to a delivery window of up to 10 working days. This means the delivery can be any time from moment of order to 10 working days time. When you order you can’t specify a date or time, however if you know that you can’t do any certain days or times please let us know in the notes and we will do our best to accommodate.  If we can’t accommodate your requirements we will refund your purchase and cancel the order. The price at the time of ordering is only valid if delivery is made within 10 working days. If we attempt to deliver but can’t due to locked gates or avoidable situations that are the customers responsibility, we reserve the right to charge a non-delivery charge of £30 + vat to cover costs incurred.
