Vintage Engine Oil 50 is a traditional monograde non-detergent motor oil for naturally aspirated 4 stroke petrol and diesel engines, specifically blended for classic and vintage cars or tractors. Designed as a summer and also winter engine oil. This high range SAE will cover heavy working engines in hot summer, but will also cover most winter running as long as air temperatures aren’t lower then -5c. The SAE 50 is also advised if you are having trouble with oil pressure dropping off or have a particularly ‘leaky’ engine. It is suitable for use in all vintage tractors and vintage/classic cars and trucks from across a range of classic periods. Vintage Engine Oil 50 has been backward engineered to meet the spec API: SB/CB. This covered the requirements for all classic and vintage machines.
