This oil is designed to stabilise oil pressure at high operating temperatures and is suitable for use in all vintage tractors and most vintage/classic cars and trucks from across a range of classic periods.

Vintage Engine Oil 20 is a traditional, monograde, non-detergent motor oil for naturally aspirated 4 stroke petrol and diesel engines, specifically for classic and vintage cars or tractors. You can use this oil as a light use engine oil. When the engine isn’t being put under to much loaded stress. We state this because we know the leaky nature of vintage or classic vehicles. If you are working the tractor/car/plant hard we would suggest our Vintage 30 or 40 engine oil. The Vintage 20 Engine Oil is suitable for use in all vintage tractors and vintage/classic cars and trucks from across a range of classic periods. This covered the requirements for all classic and vintage machines.

- Specially designed for use in classic and vintage cars aswell as vintage tractors
- Very low viscosity, suggested for use is for light summer running (shows, events, light ploughing)
Rye Oil Ltd’s Vintage 20 is used by SEVAC (South East Vintage Agricultural Club), NVTA (National Vintage Tractor Association), 100’s of tractor runs across the UK, It is also used in the National Ploughing Match which takes place in a different place in the UK every year. Plenty of the tractors at the Malvern Tractor Show also also use Rye Oil’s Vintage range.
You will find that the Vintage range is a highly refined mineral oil with multi-functional additives, Not Miscible in water. Grades available are Vintage Engine Oil 50, 40, 30 and 20
This oil contains no detergents, this critical is preserving any yellow metals and old seals that the oil will come in contact with.
