This product is a clear dry product so wont effect the original colour of the wood when used on new timber. If you are treating anything other then new timber just wet the timber with water, the shade the timber goes when wet the timber will go after application of our treatment.

Please test this product on a small unseen area of timber before full application. You want to make sure you are happy with the finish.

One coat should do the job, however, it does depend on the porosity and age of the wood. Application can be hand bushed, sprayed or dipped. The oil treatment wont work if the wood has already been varnished or waxed. Our Decking Oil can be used on pressure treated timber. If your sprayer isn’t up to the job this treatment can be thinned with white spirit.
